Clean, sharp and fresh flavoured to the taste. Brewed with a fruity hop with a hint of citrus on the palate and a very satisfying aftertaste. The very drink for these misty evenings.

Pigs Ear. A ’Bridge Of Allan’ beer at the time. Clear amber beer. Very moderate carbonation. Smooth smooth malt. Peachy orange fruit. Finishes light and fruity. Nice but not really a wheat beer!

Cask @ Hengler’s Circus, JDW. Hazy golden colour, white head. Nose is malty, bit of citrus. Flavour is soft malted, citrus, bit cloying caramel, not unpleasant. Medium bodied. Not too complex, but well enjoyable.

Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear BF 09. Crystal clear pale chestnut colour. No head. Not much on aroma, bit of bubble gum in the flavour. Some hop on end. Not exactly a traditional wheat beer, but very interesting. Decent bubblegum and cereal.
