30.05.2015, 0,75l bottle sampled @ HaandFestival:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish grassy, weeds, grain, yeast, wet hay, bark, sap, leafs, flowers. Taste is slightly dry floral, heather, weeds, yeast, harsh grain, almond essence, wet hay, grass. Medium bitterness, harsh mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea...

Inget typiskt Fantômeöl men riktigt trevlig.

Bottle. Flowery (dandelions?) and bitter (too bitter) saison with notes of dill. Messy. One of my least favored Fantomes.

From a bottle, 4.7 % abv, at The 4th Haand Ølfestival. Hazy golden body. Diminishing white head, spotty lacing. Fresh and spiced fruity aroma. Moderate taste profile containing dark spices, herbs, caramel and mid-tart yeasty fruitiness. Citric endnotes. Medium bodied. Satisfying (shared with Finn, Drammen 29.05.2015).

750 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a nice off-white head. Aroma has malt, fruit, spices and the typical Fantome yeast. Flavor is smooth malt, some caramel, general fruity, spicy yeast, moderate bitter and pepper. Fine balanced body for the low ABV. Quite pleasant, best described as a rather typical Fantome Saison with pepper. A bonus for creating this nice beer at only 4,5%
