Bottled 750ml. -from Geant Albertville. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, yeasty and mild spicy nose. Yeasty, fruity, spicy, bit cheesy and noticable alcohol with rather sweet finish.

330ml bottle from a supermarket somewhere. Misty golden amber looks with a large white head. Gently sweet, modest yeasty impressions on the nose. Flavour profile takes vanillery icing tangents.. soft palate, moderate sweetness, soft spicy hints.. ok overall.

clear golden colour, medium sized dense (off-)white head; aroma of citric-lemon zesty, grainy, bread crusty, grape peel and minimal dried apricot notes; taste of malty sweetness, some apple peel and hoppy bitterness; I am not 100% convinced, but it is drinkable, for sure

For some reason doesn’t feel as strong as a 9%. Fruity, leather, copper and slightly malty.

0,25l on tap @ L'Amnésie Annecy. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is sweet floral malts. Flavor is sweet floral malts, alcohol, hops. Decent.

Floral and kind of apple aroma. Grains, yellow fruits taste, slightly sweet, and warm alcohol.

C'est une triple peu enthousiasmante que nous propose la brasserie Ducasse. Les arômes de caramel, de céréales, de pomme et d'épices ne soulèveront pas les foules. Et je ne décernerai pas non plus une palme à l'équilibre. L'alcool, pourtant à 9% ne donne pas de réel caractère. Celui-ci est même plutôt discret. L'acidité y est également présente. Alliée à l'amertume confère d'ailleurs une fraîcheur atypique pour le style. Bon point pour le visuel qui se porte sur un joli blond limpide, avec de nombreuses et fines bulles et une mousse recouvrant la bière. Le nez est loin d'être exceptionnel avec un cocktail caramel, céréales, citron teinté d'alcool. L'attaque surprend par sa fraîcheur provenant d'une petite acidité et de l'amertume. De légères épices s'ajoutent aux arômes présents au nez. L'alcool essaie péniblement de s'affirmer en seconde bouche qui voit des arômes de pomme compléter la palette aromatique. L’arrière-bouche est confuse, sur un duo acidité/alcool agressif. Le final court, s'écrase. La corpulence est néanmoins correcte. Triple médiocre.

Flesje meegebracht van vakantie en gedeeld met Tomhendriksen Benzai en Roelzie86. Goudgeel helder bier met matig schuim. Aroma is moutig. Smaak is hoppig, moutig en fruitig. Nasmaak is bitter.
