Draft @ the brewery. Pours black, good pale tan head. Aroma has some pelasant roast, light chocolate and shades of Sorachi. Taste has a similar flavour profile, not too light on the palate, with a very good integration of roast and Sorachi coconut, some emerging chocolate hints. Excellent modern example of the style.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 13th September 17. Pours black, aroma is roasted malt, slight liquorice, coffee and cocoa. Taste is full, roasted malt, slight smoke, coffee, good mouth feel, very nice stuff and the Mont Saleve character is evident.
