Dark orange with a large foamy head that lingered and left great lacing. Lightly sweet with pine, grapefruit and a hint of tobacco. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Sample at the Hoppin’ Frog Tasting Room. Hazy pale orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Aroma of grapefruit, herbal hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of pithy grapefruit, dank hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a grapefruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
Beetje lafjes, maar dat is misschien maar goed ook.

Draught @ Zeezicht. Clear orange color, medium sized white to off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, grapefruit, but too much, like Brew Dog Elvis Juice it leanest towards or is mostly limoncello. In the flavor especially. Aroma is ok but the flavor is way too much limoncello - ish. Disappointing.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of huge grapefruit juice, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berries, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper/pine, white bread, light honey/caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, grapefruit, and moderate pale malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge grapefruit juice, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berries, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper/pine, white bread, light honey/caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit juice, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berries, lemon/orange peel, light pepper/pine, white bread, light honey/caramel, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, grapefruit, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent hop/fruit flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol for 7.55%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited IPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, grapefruit, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Huge vibrant/juicy hop and grapefruit flavors; nice malt backbone with no residual sweetness. A highly enjoyable offering.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of grapefruit peal, bergamotte, malt, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of grapefruit, hops, spices, and malt, leading to a dry spicy finish.
