Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

Can. Tall Boys, Leeds. Yellow gold. Soft haze. Thin, bubbly, lasting, white head. Streams of fine bubbles. Nose has rubbery, sweet malts. Some grassy hop. Not a great deal else. Taste is sweet and malty. Light, floral hop bitterness. Soapy mouthfeel. Sweet finish, with a grassy, floral bitter edge. Not great.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Cigarette City. Aroma is pilsner malts/light cracker with mild floral/fruity hops. Appearance is clear, pale yellow with trace sparkle, finger-width fizzy white head with poor retention and light lacing. Taste is pilsner malts, Noble hops, cereal with light tart. Palate is light bodied with thin texture and average carbonation. Finish is fairly dry and crisp. Overall, a decent, pretty straightforward pilsener.

12oz bottle from Greg, cheers mate. 11th May 2016, poured into a Corsendonk badged tulip. Hazy golden yellow body, full white blanket of bubbles on top. Yeasty and hoppy nose, the taste followed the same lines. Decent and certainly better than most of the US brewed Pilsners I have come across over the years.

12 ounce bottle. Pale gold with a large rocky white head. Faint malt aroma with grassy hops. Light crisp malty flavor. some bready, yeasty notes. Citrusy tart and dy finish. Not bad. Highly quaffable.

From a Lazy Dog Brilliantly clear deep yellow with a huge frothy bubbly white head that persists forever. Grainy light crackery pilsner malt on the nose with bits of citrus spice and earth. The aroma is more macro lager than German Pils. Grainy bready pilsner malt base with a solid hit of spicy earthy hop flavor. Light fruitiness with hints of green apple. Moderate hop bitterness medium body with a moderate to high level of carbonation. I’m missing the bready sweet melanoid laden pilsner maltiness I normally expect and honestly I’ve had traditional German Pilsner beers with a whole lot more hop character than this beer. Decent quaffable beer though.

Somewhere: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is rather grassy, with bread and hay and hops. Taste is somewhat bitter and grassy. More bitter than European pilseners but more European than most American pilseners.

Can shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a hazy gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a nice grass note with a bit of citrus and crisp grain supporting. Flavor has grass with a bit of crisp lager yeast and a light crisp grain.
