Yellow sub is a delicious Hoppy White IPA brewed with a high percentage of wheat and and the addition of Orange peel and coriander seed for a refreshing twist. This beer features a new hop blend called Yellow Sub which brings a sweet, fruity flamenco of apricot and orange and a balanced invigorating and bitterness.

Clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Unexpected savoury brett. Little pine. Minerally citric peel. Trace of lemon balm. Light savoury finish, mildly bitter. Really not what I was expecting from a white IPA, but it works quite well.

33cl bottle from Beer52.com. A hazy pale amber pour with a billowing white head and heavy carbonation to start; citrusy orange peel aroma; creamy in the mouth with an orangey taste; and a dry finish with a touch of coriander spice.

Bottle shared by Beersiveknown @ tasting at his place. Huge thanks Steve! Yellow color , small white head. Smell and taste malts, nicely bitter, decent hoppiness. Solid beer.

Bottle from Martin’s. deep gold with a minimal head. Aroma of orange and biscuit. Flavour is malt, fruit hop, crispy bitter finish.

Aroma of grassy hops, spicy, soft orange, odd aroma
Taste of bitter hops, soft citrus orange, soft sweet light malt background, very spicy
Palate - Very soft carb, medium body. Finish is a bit dry, bitter, palate slightly harsh
Overall - Seems a bit overstuffed to me, too spicy. Average.
