Karmelowe, iglaki, żywiczne, ziołowe trochę jakby melanoidynowe, gdzieś majaczą tropiki, może żółte owoce. Barwa ciemnozłota, dość mętne, piękna i trwała piana, ślicznie oblepia szkło. Goryczka zaznaczona, palono - ziołowa. Gładkie, pełne, chce się brać kolejny łyk. Bdb.

500ml Bottle - Amber with a foamy head. Herbs, caramel and hints of orange and tea. Herbs, citrus, bubblegum and caramel all feature in the slightly resinous taste. Enjoyable but I would like to have seen it without any crystal malts in it so that the hops really shine through more. Especially as many European hops are relatively subtle and can get 'overpowered' easily.

Almost clear deep gold beer, small cream colour head. Palate is smooth and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts bring a little cream and mild toffee - caramel. Marmalade and tangerine, little ripe, mild spice. Light finish. Smooth, clean and drinkable if nothing out the odinary.

0,5 flaske fra Ninkasira København, i lejligheden lørdag kveld, velfortjent etter nok en lang dag med oppussing av kjøkkenet: klar, rødlig kobber med utmerket skum helt ned. Behagelig aroma og smak av den anvendte humlen (fersk, rett fra bryggeriets egen humlegård) med jordaktige toner, milde krydderurter, tilbakelent furunål, milde citrusfrukter og karamell. Minner mer om en god esb enn en ipa. Mild og god bitterhet i ettersmaken, som i tillegg har modne frukter lurende i ytterkanten. BB 15.01.18, men de har 3 mnd etter tapping som grense, så den er antakelig fortsatt i nærheten av toppform.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of exotic fruits, hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle at a tasting. Lots and lots of sugary candyish sweetness overwhelming this beer. Otherwise seems good, but very singledimensional as is.

Butelka 0.5l (16.01.2017). Piwo zmetnione o bursztynowej barwie, slabej, bialo-szarej pianie, delikatnie oblepiajacej scianki szkla. Aromat swiezy, chmielowy o ziolowym charakterze z delikatnymi nutami cytrusowo-zywicznymi, intensywny i przyjemny dla zmyslu powonienia. W smaku charakter slodowy, slodkawy jest wysuniety na pierwszy plan a niska goryczka o ziolowym charakterze jest tylko dopelnieniem choc nawet mimo tego jest troche za dluga i nieco siermiezna. Piwo jest tresciwe z wyraznym cialem ale mimo mocno zaznaczonej slodowosci ma elementy swiezosci, orzezwienia i pijalnosci, nieduze ale sa zwlaszcza jak piwo jest zimne. Podsumowujac jest calkiem niezle jak na polskie chmiel (Sybilla), choc przy nastepnej warce za rok obnizylbym slodowosc a zwiekszyl goryczke.
