An unclear brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and a bit of hops, leading to bitter finish.

Bottle @ home. Hazy red color, full sized beige head that lasts for quite some time. Aroma of malts, herbal or spicy hops, lightly some hints of fruit hop. Taste malts, brown malts, again the hops mainly seem to consist of herbal / spicy hops, moderately hopbitter finish. Decent body, average carbonation. Rubbish as a Black IPA, ok beer in the Belgian Ale style under which I would have put this beer.

Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Dark, amber colour with a thin, lightly tanned head. Roasted aroma with fruits, coffee, chocolate, caramel malts. Taste is slightly bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and roasted with fruity hints. More "Black" than IPA...Still nice, trough.

Bottle - dark brown pour with off white head. Aroma and taste is light roasty and hoppy fruity, sweet malts, doesn’t taste like a traditional bipa to my palate but not bad overall.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark orangey brown with a creamy, beige head. Nose is somewhat greasy, fruity. Medium body, quite fruity, subtle roast and some late and discreet aroma hops. Wouuldn’t have guessed this to be a Black IPA though. 170115
