Opaque dark brown beer, good fluffy tan head. Palate is airy and a little dry, low carbonation. Mellow dark malts, some dark chocolate. Modest dark fruits and a trace of rye tang. Light finish. Fine.

Bottle [from trade with EricKok] @ home. Opaque dark brown color, full sized beige to light brown head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malts, rye, coffee, some smoke and perhaps even slightly peat. Taste malts, dark roast, smoke, a hint of leaves, again slightly peat. Medium body and carbonation. A quite good beer I think, but smoke and peat aren’t my things.

Bouteille 33cl, merci Pierre. BB 21/01/2015.
