I believe I had this beer at Emelisse, but I don’t remember when. Not to my liking, dislike rosemary so I guess the beer’s name says it all. Color ok, smell and taste not good, low carbo.

Copper orange colour, fluffy off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma of malts and pronounced rosemary, tones of hops. Slight smokiness. Flavour of malts, rosemary, little sweetness, spicy hops bitterness, quite astringent. Very dry, very pleasant. Lingering dry mouthfeel. Aged well. (Draught @ the brewery)

On tap at Emelisse Oktoberfest. Hazy copper orange colour, dense off white head. Aroma of spices, rosemary, resin, light cardamon-like aromas. Flavour is light sweet, malty, spicy, rosemary, bitter hoppy finish. Medium to fullbodied.
