Deep dark brown colour (EBC 75) and a dense light brown head. Nice sweet smell, with predominant aromas of caramel and malt. Initially a certain roundness, evolving into a strong, powerful taste with mainly hints of coffee (roasted malt). The aftertaste is quite bitter.

Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, caramel, yeast, touch of dried fruits, raisins, brown sugar. Flavour is medium sugary sweet and light to moderate bitter. Body is medium. Not a bad Dubbel at all, I like the yeasty notes.

Аромат сладкий, но кроме темных фруктов и оттенка карамели особого ничего не ощущается. Цвет черный но не туманный. Сам дюбель очень водянистый, но это нисколько не портит его притягательность. Вкус немного бархатный, ощущается темные фрукты, немного карамели и жженого солода. Послевкусие быстрое но приятное и не отталкивающее. Радует что алкоголь не чувствуется. В целом конечно немного водянисто, но как питкое пиво просто прекрасно заходит.

Servida en cáliz, color marrón oscuro, casi opaco, con pequeños destellos rubies, espuma beige de bien conservada. Aroma a malta tostada, ciruelas pasas, caramelo...muy rico aroma. En boca es cuerpo medio, trago bastante sabroso, notas duces de malta, pan negro, dátiles, pasas, caramelo, retrogusto levemente amargo, ligeramente ligoroso y algo especiado. Una dubbel bien hecha y bastante disfrutable.
