Clear light brown with a thin white head. Malty caramel aroma. Sweet taste with some alcohol. A bit weird beer.

Bottle shared at THT, thanks! Very hazy brown with an off white head. Aroma is infected, tart fruit not in a good way, compost and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at THT thanks to deanso. Slight gusher. Clear light reddish brown with huge beige head. Lots of herbs, some caramel, sour red berries, vanilla, toffee, weird funky notes, rotten leaves. Light sweet, sour and bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Sampled from tap at Winterbierfestival Enschede 2016. Very dark brownish red with a medium large, frothy, stable, tan head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, brown sugar and milk chocolate. Sweetish-malty taste of caramel, brown sugar, nuts and hints of glue, followed by a long, medium bitter finish with notes of plastic and glue. Medium body, oily mouthfeel, flat. Bah.

Bottle [accidentally received twice: thanks bierkoning and RW80] shared with dad. Very nice hazy ruby red color, full sized off-white to beige head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malts, some herbs or spices, a hint of dried fruits and some fruitpeel. Taste malts, again a hint of fruitpeel, lightly some alcohol, a bit sweet-sourish, sourish red fruit. Decent body, medium carbonation. Typical winterbeer.
