*rating overgezet 2017* Fles gekocht bij de brouwer, gedeeld met Roelzie en Koenzie. Het is een troebel amberkleurig bier met een volle beige schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige en fruitige geur met tonen van gist. De smaak is zoetig, gistachtig en wat kruidig.

Sampled @ Pint Winterbierfestival Gouda, 2016. Hazy orange color, small off-white to beige head. Smell and taste wheat, malts, sweetness, slight herbs or spices, yeast, slightly bitter finish. Thin texture, average body and carbonation. Meh. Like a thin spiced Christmas beer.

From bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda 2016. Minimally hazy, golden amber. Sweetish-malty, slightly sourish, spicy aroma of banana, peach, some yeast and clove. Sweetish, slightly sourish, yeasty-spicy taste of banana, cloves, peach, followed by a short, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Bottle sampled at PINT Winterbier festival Gouda 2016. Hazy golden, light amber. Spices, saison yeast, dustiness, citrus. Tartness. Thin. Pint Winterbierfestival, Gouda 2016. Gedeeld met de ratebeer clan! licht bruin/amber met witte kraag. aroma is zoet, caramel, mout, anijs. Smaken zijn van anijs... anijs.. en nog meer anijs... mout, gist, matige zoet, veel co2, licht bitter, gist, matige body, niet bijzonder

Bottle sample at PINT Winterbierfestival ’16. Yes, it spells Saisson (sic) on the label I saw. Amber colour, white head. Aroma is sweet, bread, spices, alcohol, some yeast. Flavour is sweet, bready, yeasty, spicy, caraway, a bit watery, spicy light bitter finish. Light bodied.
