33cl Bottle. Hazy deep golden colour, white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, bread, dough, cooked apples, yeast, light spicy alcohol. Flavour is likewise, a bit too malty sweet IMHO, but decent. Light-bitter finish with some alcohol. Medium-bodied.

The restyled version of their tripel. A bit more tasty, but still not very interesting.

Drank in it’s hometown on 16th Dec 2012 in the then new Gollem. Draught, into a badged glass. Light to mid-gold with a full but fairly thin white crown. The nose was spicy hops with a mild malt undertone, some citrus notes in the mix too. sweeter than the aroma suggests, but this isn’t one of those over sweetened Triple’s you can find in Belgium: this is a more subtle sweetness blended in with the yeast and hops to give a well balanced beer with enough flavours to keep you interested. Body depth fine, a pleasant beer to finish a friendly Sunday evenings drinking with friends.

Bottle, refreshed label though. Clear deep golden color, short frothy white head. Aroma is very grainy, some coriander, spicy belgian yeast. Quite sweet triple taste, bit dry, bit thin. Aroma is not that bad, there’s many metallic and/or skunky examples available. This one is not on that list. But in taste it’s boring and below average.

Bottle at Pressklubben. Clear golden with a small white head. On the sweet side with malt, fruit, caramel and some yeast. Medium bitter. A bit boring to be honest.
