Trübes dunkel orange braunes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Karamell, Vanille, rote Früchte. Geschmack säuerlich malzig, Karamell, rote Früchte, leicht holzig.

Keg at borefts. Pours hazy deep amber, nose is funky, oak, balsamic, taste is dry, funky, tart finish.

Clear amber beer, creamy white head, little stable. Aroma: sourish, funky, earthy, dirty, weird, vinegar. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of vinegar and very alcoholic impression. Don't like at all.

On tap at Borefts 2015. Hazy red brown colour lasting beige head. Good flemish sour start then edges into balsamic vinegar. Good start but then too vinegar sour. Vinegar dry finish.

Tap at Borefts. Slight hazy reddish brown with big off white head. Lactic, over ripe fruits, brown sugar, lemon, light dough. Medium sour and light sweet. Under medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Ok.

Tap @ de Prael at Carnivale 2015, medium sample. Hazy brown color, short frothy head. Aroma is a bit lactic, slight funky, some dark bread, caramel, leather. Slight sour in taste, lactic. Bit unbalanced, goes all kinds of directions.

My first beer of the Carnivale Brettanomyces fest 2015. Pre-party @ Oedipus Brewing. From tap. Red-brown color, hazy/cloudy. Off white to light beige head. Aroma’s: lactic acid, vinegar, with toasted notes retronasal, light sweet. Flavor is sour, (butter-)milky, light toasted, bery light sweet. Body is light, not too thin. Short finish, sourish.
