Tap at NBPF. Hazy straw with white head. Smoke, puke, lots of bitter vegetables, sweat, cheese. Medium sweet and bitter. Sticky oily gluey bodied with low carbonation. WTF is this?

Draft at The Hague beer festival. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of horrible cheesy feet, herbs, earthy notes and smoke. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottled 33 cl. Hazy golden with a tiny, rough white head. Intense, rubbery smoke dominates the nose. Body doesn’t appear overly rich in spite of the 8%, but the smoke is rather intense, and the carbonation usually low. Gets a little medicinal in the smokiness late. 100516

Butelka 330ml (25.08.2016). Piwo wyraźnie zmętnione o miodowej barwie podkreślone cienkim kożuszkiem białej piany, która szybko znika już po kilku chwilach. Wędzonka o charakterze szynkowym dominuje w aromacie choć nuty są bardzo subtelne i trza się porządnie wwąchać żeby cokolwiek poczuć. Niemniej dość przyjemne doznanie. W smaku natomiast wędzonka rządzi, do tego dochodzi delikatny kwasek, trochę zboża. Całość fajnie drapie, gryzie w przełyku od wędzonki i drapie, rozgrzewa od alkoholu. Można nawet doszukiwać się lekkiego efektu musującego na języku choć piwo jest dość nisko wysycone. Wariacja na temat grodziskiego bardzo ciekawa i udana, fajny balans, dość pijalne i mimo mocy ciut orzeźwiające a w miarę upływu czasu dochodzi delikatny winny posmak.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is meaty and toasted malty. Smoked, meaty, mellow malty. Sweet and toasted malty and slight breadish. Meaty and smoked finish.
