Bottle. Brown color with tan head. Aroma is chocolate, earthy, roasted malts. Taste is light earthy, touch of chocolate, but quite watery. Too light and not very characterful.

*Bottle from BrauseSyndikat, Bielefeld. Nice easy to drink porter. Round and fresh. not too deep but nice chocolate and caramel there. Hints of vanilla, round and fresh, not too deep but sessionable with still aroma in the body. Nice.

330 ml bottle from a supermarket.
Dark brown body, with a medium, creamy, beige head.
Quite light aroma of bread, nuts, dark and dried fruits.
Taste is also a bit light, with nuts, dark chocolate, some coffee, dried fruits, bread.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes soft, bready, sweet, a bit roasty, fruity.

OK. Too light bodied for my taste, but with a nice balance of sweet, bready and a bit roasty notes. Not my favourite Porter from Austria, but still quite nice to drink.

bottle at home bought at Interspar. almost black inpenetrable color, medium big tan head. smells light smoked, coffee, milky taste, chocolate, some light malty sweetness, quite nice smell. light to medium body, slick mouthfeel, soft carbonation, light smoky notes, light chocolate, light coffee, light malty roasted taste, some light sweetness, also a bit sour, quite good, but overall a bit watery. the watery gets better after a couple sips though. dry / light smoky / light roasted finish. quite good.

Bottle [from Euro Swap 7 thanks to Sebilinz] @ home. Red-brown color with a medium sized tan head. Aroma is a bit sweetish, malts, some chocolate. Taste malts, lightly chocolate, softly bitter, slightly a hint of caramel. Average body and carbonation.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Starts dry-malty, a bit earthy-scratchy. Fruity notes of plum. Finish milder, less dry. Okay.

Floschn(Servus, Herr Professor!): Clear, deep amber coloured, stable creamy tanned head with a good lace, mild sweetish-caramelly nose with a tinge of roasted malt; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied; a touch of roasted malt, again, in the drier bitter-malty finish. Drinkable at least…
