From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of sour fruits, citrus, Brett funk, some lactic notes. Flavour is nicely sour. Body is medium. Extremely crisp and refreshing, this is a delicious Bretty Sour Ale.

Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival 2015. Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aromas of esters, prickly pears, tart, lactic, citrus. Taste is lactic, citrussy, esters, pear, brett, gooseberries.

Tap @ Taproom Malmö. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and bretty. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 020917

Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 2 26/09/2015. A light yellow coloured pour with a no head. Aroma is floral, lemon, hint of sharp citrus, elderflower. Flavour is composed of crisp lemon, elderflower, crisp sour, lemon rind. Palate is crisp and tangy, citric acid, highish carboantion, little grainy. I like it.

Draught@SBWF2015. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is sour wood, some floral and mild acidic notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some sour wood and quite lactic notes as well.

Draught @ Taproom Malmö, Bergsgatan 33, Malmo, Sweden 21422 - [ during RBESG15 ]. [ As Malmö Petite Souris ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grapes, apple, wine, sour, fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, grapes, fruit, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150821]

Keg at the Malmo Taproom, RBESG ’15 day 2, 21/08/15. Clear golden with a decent off white swirl that subsides to edgeing. Nose is pissy citrics, tangerine, floral notes, spice, damp straw, lemon rind. Taste comprises tangy orange, mandarin, soured citric peel, damp cloth, bitter lemon, grain. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte citric wash and a midicum of brett. Decent easy drinking and approachable sour.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 24 Sep 2015) Pale yellow colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon, grass and unripe green grapes. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, green grapes, pears and a dry finish with a fresh tartness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.
