When BIIR joined us in the brewhouse, it meant bringing together American and Belgian brewing styles. We blended fresh fruit and Belgian yeast, as well as American and European aroma hops. We hope you enjoy the fruits of our labor.

A unique summer ale that blends fresh melon fruit with a light-bodied India Pale Ale and gentle bitterness. Savour the delicate interplay between American and European aromatic hops.

Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow color with some yeast residue floating in it, medium sized white to off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma has nice fruity hops, melon I guess, tropical fruits. Taste lightly malts, hops, tropical fruitiness, just mildly bitter with a slight sweetish whim. Average body and carbonation. Decent beer.

Bottle at Colin’s. It pours cloudy gold with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, juicy melon, nectarine, yellow plum, soapy and bread. The taste is sweet, sugary, perfumed, melon, plum, bread and some grassy bitterness with a dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate carbonation. Not so bad.
