DWÓJNIAK MALINIAK – a fruity drinking wine with a minimum of 30% of the water needed for production replaced by raspberry juice.

Created from the highest quality multi-flower honey. Matured by aging. It is stored in stoneware and glass bottles. The alcoholic content is around 15%.

With a pleasing and sought-after aroma, although not overly fruity, its excellent taste is due in part to the tannin balance and a touch of bitterness added by the honey. Contains a large amount natural anti-oxidants.

11/3/2025. Bottle pour at Swiat Piwa Beer Shop & Bistro, Krakow. BA. Pours clear red amber. Aroma is sweet raspberries, honey, flowers, musty, dusty, wooded notes. Quite sweet with a slight raspberry tart edge. Medium body, smooth and sticky, no carbonation. Sweet and drying finish. Liked it.

A 'shot' in Miodosytnia. Almost completely dominated by raspberry aroma. Very sweet. It's not bad, but it's the one from Jaros that I like the least.

Bottle shared. Amber color, no head. Aroma is heavy honey. Flavor is even more honey, although there is a hint of some sort of fruit. Definitely quite boozy though. And sweet.

Bottle. A clear, dark golden colored mead, still and quite oily pour. The aroma has some alcohol, but mostly it's honey-sweetish. Some oxidation, with flowers, berries and a spiced hint. It's full-bodied, warming, still and oily, with lots of heavy honey flavors. Raspberry, leaves, grass, flowers and sugar. Sticky, warming honey finish. Nice, but too boozy. 190406
