250 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with full head. Aromas of candied lemon, coriander, and wheat. Flavors follow same. Somewhat waxy, though quite refreshing.

Straight from bottle. Aroma: coriander, orange peel, sourish wheat, yeast. Light-bodied. The taste is light sweet, pleasantly sourish, spicy, fruity. Refreshing. Decent wit.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, medium sized white head that diminishes quite quickly. Smell and taste wheat, a hint of yeast, lightly bitter, the slightest hint of something fruity and a slight herbal / spice hint. Average to decent body and carbonation.

Sample yellow beer small. Aroma is citrus lemon wheat. Taste is the same sweet, tart, some bitter. Average but not bad.

25cl bottle. Pours clear light golden colour with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of spices, banana, yeast. Taste of belgian yeast, herbs, mild banana, high carbonation.

Bottle at home. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of herbs, yeast, citrus and grassy notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Hazy, yellow colored, medium white head, OK lasting. Aroma is of wheat, coriander, spicy, some lemon peel. Taste is medium sweet coriander spicy, wheat, lemon/orange, light+ citric, bit bready yeast. Light+ bodied, average+ carbonation.

Gekocht in de Prik en Tik te Arendonk op 27/03/2015. Bellegems Witbier is een wazig-blond biertje dat veel wit schuim geeft, dit is gelijkmatig van structuur en zakt helemaal ineen. Weinig pareling te merken. De geur is zoetig, tarwemout en een beetje karamel. De smaak van Bellegems Witbier is zoet-bitter maar in de mond is hij toch wat platjes, evenwel niet droog en maar matig volmondig. De nasmaak is voornamelijk wat bitter. Deze duurt gemiddeld lang met een lichte harmonische nabitterheid. Alles weinig uitgesproken, een plat biertje, spijtig.
