37,5cl bottle - till 2029.
The beer has a great white head that lasts long in the glass. Dark cloudy orange. The nose is sour and lots of horse-blanket. In the beginning, the beer is highly carbonated and much smoother than the nose supposes. The mainpart is dry, even dusty. A tart sourness with grapefruit-typical sourness and lots of horse-blanket appears quickly and extinguishes as fast as it arrived. It leads to a very dry and dusty finish, lots of grapefruit, slightly bitter - more than expected. The aftertaste is unlike the rest of the beer smooth, declines very fast and leaves a grapefruit-like sourness in the mouth, which is quite mild.
A very interesting brew, but for me it is too dusty-dry and too unround. --> 12/10/11/12

Bottle shared with (and courtesy of) ClubGonzo and Inbreak. Pours a hazy light orange colour with a big off-white whipped eggwhite-like head. Has a sour aroma of spices, barnyard, apple cider vinegar and hay. Feels pretty compact. The flavour is also sour but fruity in addition with citrus, wild strawberries and some spices. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A well balanced and nice gueuze with some sweetness.

375mL bottle at Grote Dorst, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of leather, moderate barnyard funk, and some tart dry vinous notes. Flavour brings out dry cardboard, leather, a little wood and some dry champagne notes. Very highly carbonated like a champagne, with a woody finish. Quite a unique character -- a lot more woody than many gueuzes out there. Delicious stuff -- highly drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Dranken Geers, 29/03/13. Hazed golden amber with a medium sized off white head of small bubbles, carbonation evident. Nose carries sharp lemon rind, woody funky notes, grassy, light spice, grandads shed. Taste comprises tarte bitter lemon, wood, farmy, earthy, straw, funk, light grapefruit. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, dry crisp finish. Good stuff.
