Bottle. Creamy white good motly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hopy nice acetic aroma. Moderate bitter nice sour flavor. Average finish. Creamy palate. lacks finish. power.

375ml bottle. Pours bright gold with no head. Aroma is barnyard notes and cheesy lemon. Taste has sour lemon throughout. Very sour finish. A bit one sided.

Bottle 37.5 cl. Misty deep yellow. Big unstable white head. Aroma: light barnyard, horse blanket, garden fruit, vinegar. Light to medium body. Moderately sour taste. Dry. Acetic. Fruity. Tart. A classic.

375 ml corked & caged green bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7%. Golden colour, slightly hazy. Large white head. Lovely brettanomyces / farmhouse aroma, also notes of sour fruits. Dry and tart brettanomyces flavour, moderate fruit, astringent finish.

Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal april-17: lett uklar gylden med flott skum. Tørr aroma med lyse bær, krydder og brennenesle. Tørr men samtidig saftig og god smak med lekker bitterhet og høy ganerensningsfaktor. Kom som sendt fra oven (etter at nettopp hadde Størdalsbryggeriets Okkelberg nesten hadde utløst brannalarmen).

Bottle - Soft stone fruit, dust, sweat and funk. Cloudy gold with a nice white head. Funky, nice light sourness, white grape. Balanced and easy drinking.

Golden color, white head with medium retention. Aroma has notes of apricot with yeasty hints. Flavor has a good presence of vinegar notes, peaches are highly present. Good sourness in the final, very fruity.
