Für das einzigartige Aroma wurden TAP6 Unser Aventinus und Aventinus Eisbock Ende 2012 in 100 Holzfässer abgefüllt. Fast ein Jahr lang reifte das Weissbier im neuen Holzfasskeller bei Schneider Weisse, bevor es im August mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl an die entscheidende Vollendung ging. Zu den vier Fasssorten gehören Fässer aus französischer Eiche, in denen zuvor Chardonnay gelagert wurde. Die verschiedenen Aventinus und Eisbock-Barriques werden für die Vollendung zu einem Cuvée zusammengeführt und in der einzigartigen Schneider-Weisse-Flaschengärung veredelt.

A beautiful jewel for my birthday and I enjoyed this bottle, on thursday, at home. So subtle and enjoyable, a perfect union between sourness, the cherry and the oak barrell, giving a great sensation, side of vanilla, unexpected beer from Bavaria, 12.06.2021,

Draught from rustico. Kind of a flat murky pour. It’s got that funky doughy aventinus yeastiness, some caramel, wine, not a lot of carbonation at all.

0.75 l bottle from 'Mr. Hop', as 'Cuvée Barrique', 2019 vintage, cellared for almost a year. Slightly hazy, very dark ruby with a few beige bubbles on top of it. Sweetish, sourish, rather vinous-fruity aroma of balsamic vinegar, caramel, red wine, oak and a touch of chocolate. Quite sweet, gently sour, rather vinous-fruity taste of balsamic vinegar, red wine, oak,elderberry, bitter almond and hints of chocolate, followed by a medium long, gently tart, moderately woody-dry finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really good!

Bottle. 2014. Extremely cloudy, brown with hints of amber, with a small head. Very sour, funky aroma. Taste is very sour, with a funky after taste. So, now I’ve tried the 2016 version. Don’t remember the 2014 version but the description is accurate. Did bump the score a little. Don’t understand why these are not separate ratings.

Dark brown pour, with ruby hues. Medium beige head that dissapears like the head on a can of pop. The aroma is vinous, tart, and has some big vinegar notes. Some big earthy barrel notes very reminscent of a flemish red. Carb is incredibly low, basically flat, and the body is thin, but still full if that makes any sense, it doesnt feel watery, but its thin. The finish is tart, with light vinegar, bready malts, earthy woodsy notes, and no bitterness. Interesting stuff. Alcohol is nowhere to be found, this can really sneak up on you. Gonna be very interesting to see what some age will do to this.

Pours a murky brown with a very small head. Very potent and complex aroma of ripe fruits, cherry, funky cheese, charred oak, vanilla, and tons more. Taste is sour and wine-like sweet. Interesting for sure.

Аромат очень кислый и квашенный. Цвет богатый и красивый, коричневый слегка сливовый. Абсолютно отсутствует пена. Вкус открывается весьма ярко и специфично. Слегка кисло, чувствуются квашенные яблоки и прочие овощи. Ощущается оттенок сливы. Хоть и чувствуется что это пиво весьма благородное, но у меня не получается как нибудь охарактеризовать его в стиле Вайценбок, но и для кислого эля он не дотягивает. Плюс как по мне, ему дико не хватает карбонизации. По итогу я не понял суть, этого напитка.
