From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of grains, wheat, cloudberries, fruity notes. Flavour is medium sour with a dry finish. Body is light to medium. Not the best Brewski Berliner Weisse, but still a decent drink.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish fruity, unripe berries, sour grass, soda powder, raw rhubarb, lemon, fruit salt, sorrel. Taste is sour-ish fruity, slightly unripe cloudberries, wet hay, sour grass, soda powder, sorrel, berry skin. Medium bitterness, slightly acidic mouthfeel. Nice one.

On tap @ Borefts 2015. This is a thin cloudy kinda pale yellow colored body and a nice medium sized hefty lacing white head. Mild but slightly sour-fruity aroma. Lemonic in a mild mild way. Subtle hints of sourness. Tastes good and it's really refreshing. Not directly sour, more fruit sour. It's soft oily not watery in the mouthfeel and creamy prickling on the carbonation. Really nice and lightdrinkable this. The cloud berries are mild also, but present. Somewhat thin in the aftertaste, still really moreish. Something I would gladly drink again and again. 26.09.2015

Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 2 26/09/2015. A dull yellow / pineapple juice coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is tart peach, wheat, fruity. Flavour is composed of tart apple, wjeat, refreshing, pineapple. Palate is crisp, doughy wheat, highish carbonation. . Lingering nice tart fruit.

Draught @ 7th Borefts Beer Festival 2015, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Brewski Cloud City ].Unclear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, minerals, cloudberry, light dough. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dough, yeast, tart fruit - citrus, salty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150926]

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild berry fruity and slight herbal. Citric and mild fruity finish.

Borefts VII. Day 2. Keg. Hazy and very pale gold beer, good creamy white head. Palate is light and fairly crisp. Thin lactose. Thin mild cloudberry. Minerals. Thin finish. It’s all very thin and wishy washy. Yet to have a good cloudberry beer from anyone!

[9/26/15] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2015 in Bodegraven. Pinkish yellow. Lactic aroma with fruity, pickled vegetables. Sour flavor with yogurt, fruits, pickled vegetables. Light-bodied. Refreshing.

Keg at BBF 7, Bodegraven, 26/09/13. Lightly hazed faded yellow with a big ole off White head. Nose is pissy citrics, on the turn melon, straw, wood must, funky vibes. Taste comprises melon, citric zest, tarte lemon, grassy, faint spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light puckerings. Ok ’Linner.
