Keg at GBBF ‘19, day three, 08/08/19. Amber brown with an off white cap. Nose is fruit cake, stewed fruits, figs, brown sugars, mellow barrel. Taste comprises dates, toffee, fruit pudding, oak, good barrel notes. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of bourbon booze. Decent BW.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Malt, dried fruit, hints of bourbon and vanilla in the aroma. Malty sweet, full bodied. Dried fruit, vanilla and bourbon in the flavor. The hops have faded, but the light bourbon character suits the beer well.

GBBF Day 3. Keg. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Soft smooth palate, quite viscous, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft rich malts. Wet wood. Sherry. Dank bourbon soaked fruits. Modest spice and alcohol warmth. Smooth finish. Nice. Quite ripe but also quite rich. 3.9

Fles van het Biermoment. Heel fruitig, winegum. Toffee en gebrande karamel. Vleugje barrel, maar dat is juist goed. Big sipper

Draught @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017 - Red Session
Pours dark reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dried fruits and alcohol. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long warm, dried fruity and caramel finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Color: Ruby to copper, small beige head. Taste: Compared to the not barrel aged version of this beer, this beer it less complex and more to the sweet side. The bourbon is clearly present. Notes of red fruit, raisins. Personally I prefer the non ba version above this ba version.

Bottle. Dark amber color. Aroma of buttery caramel, vanilla, resinous hop and malt. Taste has buttery caramel, vanilla, herbal malt and some oxidation unfortunately. Lacks complexity and pleasent flavors, expected more from this.
