Bottle shared for Florisβs Leaving Beers at Gekke Geit. Brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of oak, floral notes, caramel, toffee, vanilla and malt. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - dark brown coloured pour with beige head. Sweet and toasted malty, caramel, treacle, dried fruit shred, light nutty accents, christmas cake, brown sugar, warming boozy finish.

MBCC.Clear dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, dark fruit and wood. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, dark fruit, oak, wood, sweet, barrel and warming.

Draught at MBCC. Red Session. Deep rosewood coloured body. Spotty lacing, bubble on the surface. Aroma of dark malts and berry fruits. Black malty taste mingled with dark berry fruits. Dry, roasted finish. Pretty nice, way too sweet in the long run. (Copenhagen 13.05.2017).

As Rhodesian BBA (Heaven Hill). Bottle at Gekke Geit. Clear brown with greyish head. Big sweet caramel malts, raisans, rye, bourbon, vanilla. Over medium sweet and light bitter. Medium or over body, low carbonation. Nice. Very light, supple and drinkable for a barleywine. --- Beer merged from original tick of Rhodesian Barrel Aged on 30 Dec 2017 at 12:31 - Score: 8

Bottle @ MBCC 2017. Pours slightly hazy brown with an offwhite head. Aroma of sweet malt, belgian yeast, caramel, dried fruit, wood, whisky. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, caramel, fruit, wood, alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 130517

Sampled at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Dark ruby brown with a tan head. Notes of smooth caramel, dried fruit, perfumey berries, subtle maple surup. Full body, light carbonation, sweet finish. Nice!

From tap. Pours clear and golden deep amber, small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, caramelish and toasted. Sweet, dense malty. Lingering roasted and slight wooden. Warming finish. Roasted and dry malty far finish.
