Brugse Bok finds its origin in the German and Dutch tradtions of the seasonal bock beers.
The beer has a hazy brown colour and a sturdy foam collar. The orama can be described as spicy and fruity. A slight bitterness is typical for the pallet of this beer, yet tastes of caramel and raisins can also be discovered.
45 EBC, 15° plato.

Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours clear chestnut brown with a lasting off-white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, brown bread, toasty, malt loaf, toasty brown sugars, sugar plum, Dr Pepper and cherry cola. The taste is smooth, toasty, brown bread, fruit cake, malt loaf, light tannin, toasty grains, ryvita, cola, Dr pepper, jammy, dried fruits, dried fig and muted alcohol presence with a drying, toasty finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Grew on me as it warmed up.

Pours a dark red/brown with a frothy beige head. Aroma of carmel, fruits, yeast and some spices. Not a bad bock brew from De Halve Maan.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy dark brown coloured with an light bitter taste and some hints of caramel. Not as sweet like an Dutch Bokbier, but this Belgian variant will do the trick.
