Brugse Bok finds its origin in the German and Dutch tradtions of the seasonal bock beers.
The beer has a hazy brown colour and a sturdy foam collar. The orama can be described as spicy and fruity. A slight bitterness is typical for the pallet of this beer, yet tastes of caramel and raisins can also be discovered.
45 EBC, 15° plato.

Fles gekregen van Inoven, geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een roodbruin bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat fruitige geur. De smaak is moutig chocolade en rozijnen.

Thuis uit een flesje. Mooie roodbruine kleur, vol beige schuim. Smaak niet te zoet en valt ook niet te zwaar.

clear brown colour, almost one inch creamy dense beige-ish head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of dried fruits like plum and figs, maybe some raisins, too, unripe plum, toasted notes, slight toffee and walnut; taste has the same character with burnt sugary bittersweetness and unripe fruity sourish notes; some slight unidentifyable (and somehow disturbing) artificial bitterness can also be felt in the aftertaste; correct beer

Bottle at home, best before date August 2015. Brown beer, large head. Aroma is malt, caramel, sweet. Taste is the same, well it has aged somewhat decent.
