mocny sredniak, ale jako RIS wypada slabo. Piana niewielka jak w barley wine grubo pecherzykowa, nie zostawia sladu na szkle. Kolor czarny nieprzezroczysty, zapach tylko zimna kawa. W smaku w zasadzie kawa i do tego mocno oslodzona. Zapraklo wytrawnej wspolgrajacej goryczki. Choc intensywnosc kawy jest w miare ok. Liczylem na wiecej wrazen i zlozonosci. Draznil mnie tu kompletnie nie ukryty alkohol. Slaby ris.

0,33L bottle a thome from trade with Zakoon, big thanks. BB 07/2016. black color, small dark coffee-colored head. smells light sour, earthy, light dried fruits, light notes of bitter herbal (nettle) / coffee grounds, bitter chocolate, some sherry notes. quite nice smell although not overly unique. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, bitter herbal, rather brown sugar, sherry notes, coffee grounds, some dried fruits, very light coffee notes. finishes rather some brown sugary, with some earthy notes, light dried fruits and some coffee. quite good one, taste is nice but not overly accentuated, a bit sugary and then the rest is all over the place. overall quite nice though.

Aroma has licorice and feces. Literally, this smells a bit like human feces. Flavour has licorice, some mocha coffee, licorice and ash. I do not understand the high score of this beer. Good but not excellent, I’d say. A bit lame, actually. BBE too close?

330ml bottle from Boxbeers. Pours pitch black with a small head. Aroma of roasty malts, salty licorice and earthy tones. Taste is sweet, earthy and heavy with some coffee, licorice, roasty malts, syrup and dark chocolate. Finish is sweet, heavy and syrupy with some licorice, roasty malts and coffee. Okay.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016 - Yellow session. Black color with beige head. Roasted malty aroma, chocolate, coffee, dark fruits, smoked notes. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium to full oily silky body with soft carbonation.

330ml bottle, trade with Skinnyviking. Pitch black body, patches at the surface, rings of lace down the glass. Moderate smell of coffee and dark fruits. Dark malty flavours of liquorice and coffee. Mild, but lingering malty aftertaste. Smooth in the mouth. Well integrated alcohol. Pleasing and well balanced. (hotel room, Copenhagen 15.05.2016).
