Bez kompromisów, bez poprawiania natury, zgodnie z jej rytmem. Piwa dla pasjonatów takich jak my!

Siłą naszego porteru jest długi okres leżakowania (min. 21 tygodni).

Piwo ciemne, niefiltrowane, pasteryzowane. ZN-21P/2009/02.

500 ml bottle from Krakow. Big soy sauce nose, oysters and umami, dark chocolate, salt, wood. Wow, that is funky. Almost black with orange tints and a low, lacy head. Woody, soy sauce and dark chocolate syrup and instant coffee. Wow, is that woody and intense. Not all that sweet (ok, it is sweet, but less than expected), with a bitter finish of roasted stuff and hops and fermented beans. This is like a steak covered in miso paste. Damn, more umami than I ever had in a beer. DAmn good stuff and would be better in the winter. Would love to try aging it.

Quite strong, coffee/dark chocolate tones. Foam some sharp carbonation at start, then quickly disappears, little creamy, by taste little bitterness, some small bitter aftertaste in neck after swallowing. Taste quite low bitterness, short aftertaste, but stays in throat, not bad. Bottle is custom also bottle cap is decent - wolf with name porter on it, bonus for me. In general - quite good beer, aftertaste lowers score for me a bit, but based on ratings expected better.

Bottle at Cafe Lamus, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out vanilla, light roast and a touch of booze. Flavour is very rich, with loads of vanilla upfront, followed by toasted malt, cocoa and alcohol. Quite boozy, but there's a hell of a lot of depth. Very good.
