Bottle @ Home. Pours brown with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, little caramel, wood, wine, little sweet fruit. Flavor is light sweet, malty, tart fruit, cherries, wood, wine. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, tart and acidic finish. 260914

Thx! to Kraddel. 33 cl. bottle sampled. Clear amber, little head. Nose is very metallic, apple syrup & puree, almost a bit like what you would feed to a baby, very sweet, crystal sugar. Tastes bitter metallic, thin wine, oxidized, apple syrup mixed with metals, bitter burned oak. Bit thin. With these guys I always wonder whether they are just not competent and think that they make good beer or if they aren’t just taking the piss, you know?

At barely legal tasting room Pours murkey , lightbrown . Small fast fading white head . No real scent Good carbo Taste is metallic and sour . Very unintense . Light mouthfeel . Sourness seems way off , but prob makes it better

Bottle @ benzai. Clear copper with no real head. Smells sourish, wood, slightly dusty, old. Tastes sourish, fruity, bit old but in a nice way. Medium body, soft carbo.

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus, Joes and Martinus @ weekly tasting. Clear red-brown color, virtually no head. Aroma of wood, green apple, cooked grapes. Clearly and prominently taste white wine, tannines, grapes, grape peel, lightly green apple. Very refreshing flavor. Average to medium body, soft yet suitable carbonation. Well the barrel aging worked out very intensively with this beer.
