Bouteille 75cl, merci Vincent, partagée avec Kevin lors du Thanskgiving'24 chez Vincent.
Couleur orange/pâle, col fin blanc pas vraiment tenace.
Arôme est sur un léger funk ici aussi encore très classique. J'y retrouve un bouquet délicat axé sur les grains avec une légère sensation d'agrumes en rétro-nasal.
Palais sur un caractère très classique US de farmhouse, proposant un léger funk, petite sécheresse du boisée avec une bonne base maltée - pas vraiment un effet rustique comme sur une saison hennuyère.

Draft at Snallygaster 2024. Poured a mostly clear light orange-yellow with a white head. Aroma was funky, tart. Light dusty yeast notes, bretty. Barnhouse, wheat, grain. Light fruity tartness, not very fruity, but that kind of light sweet tartness you get from very subtle fruit.

Hazy, pale amber, thick head. Has that nice saison yeast aroma with maybe a touch of barnyard, slight tartness, peachy, dry, touch of leathery brett stuff, great complexity.

Funky and slightly mineraly with some fruits, floral notes and earthiness. Quite refreshing.

Lovely Saison. Tartness on point.

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Hazy a bit pale golden color, low and persistent foam. Nose is Brett, spicy and a bit fruity. Mouth is sharply Brett, thin body, mild citric finish.
