500ml bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Pours red in colour with a pink foam head and aroma of spice & sweet cherry. Taste is cherry, candy, honey, sweetish and dry tangy, with notes of floral hop and spice. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry lightly tannic finish. Interesting, very drinkable.

Smell is fruity and slightly grassy with honey, grapefruit juice, sour cherries, unripe mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals, kumquats and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, tiny bitter and slightly sour with honey, sour cherries, grapefruit juice, lime juice, pomegranate, red currants, freshly cut grass, pine needles, moist soil, kumquats and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, very tiny sparkling, tart, slightly fruit skin astringent and medium bodied. Finish is tiny bitter and sour with honey, sour cherries, pomegranate, grapefruit juice, lime juice, freshly cut grass, pine needles, moist soil, kumquats and lemon zest. Sample at CBC ’14. Cl purple liquid with small pink head. Aroma of honey, blackberries, cherries and floral hops. Taste is light to medium sweet with notes of honey and blackberries. Light to medium bodied with low carbonation. Nice stuff.
