Citrus session IPA. At Fourpure, beer is our passion and our travels are what inspire us. Plenty of experience has taught us that adventures are thirsty work, so we created this super juicy, tangerine and citrus Session IPA. Easy drinking and full of flavour, it’s the perfect reward at the day’s end.

300ml can. Poured a clear yellow colour with a fizzy, mostly lasting, frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big orange citrus, grassy hop. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a fresh, crisp, slightly light watery, light malt, big citrus fruit, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively cardbonation. A fine session IPA and with more flavour than I expect4ed for the ABV.

Can picked up from Tesco, Bicester, consumed at home whilst making homemade Pizza, Thursday 7th June 2018 Light gold with a light haze with a rapidly departing foamy white head. We had this alongside Beavertown Bloody El ' of course we accept that the later is a straight up 7+% IPA, whereas this is a session IPA, however it held up extremely well. Dry, fruity with a good light orange flavour throughout, a touch pithy, as said its a very dry finish. Really very pleasant. A7 A4 T7 P3 Ov15 3.6

Can at home, 28/05/18. Clear golden with a well presented white cap of tightly knit bubbles. Nose is big on orange zest, tangerine, grass, airy malts, orange sorbet. Taste comprises tangerine, melon, grass, light breads, airy malts, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough sessioner.

Can from Tesco. Yellow, almost straw. clear with a thin bit of white head. Lovely scent of candied oranges, some peach, some vanilla biscuit. Taste is surprisingly bitter, with some rounding sweetness toward the short finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. Really nice.

Can from Tesco. Golden in colour, with a rocky, white, head and plenty of carbonation. Sharp aroma of floral hops and orange juice. Flavour was lighter, with more orange fruit, a prickly edge, crisp malts and a lingering, dry, finish. Good.

33cl can from the Beer52 May box. A pale amber pour with a billowing white head; aroma of orange peel; aggressively hoppy in the mouth with some pine and an orangey body; then a sweet juicy finish with some tangerine. Rather good.
