Bottle at home. Hazy peachy orange with quick fizz. Slightly tart, citric, grainy. Taste has some plum, plum skin. Quite earthy. Some yoghurt.

Flaska från Kemker. Rosaorange, smådisig med liten vit krona som försvinner snabbt. I doften funkigt och syrligt. Nästan lite svavel och pruttigt. Mer clean och fräsch i smaken. Ren och klar syra, fin fräschör och fruktighet. Plommon, hallon, rabarber. Mycket gott.

Bottle from Koelshtrinker. Thanks. Hazy blond colour, creamy white foam. Nose of wheat, tart fruit. Taste is refreshing tart, unripe fruit, light salty. Nice Berliner.

Short-lived pinkish white head over pink to terracotta beer, slightly hazy, well-carbonated. Fresh fruity nose - maybe more raspberry than plum to my nose, lactic acid, lemony. Bit of barnyard odours. Quite sour, lactic acid, strange fruity flavour but also ink, wry-ish. All fruitsugars consumed. Acidthinning, fruitslick, light. Carbonation doesn't last. Nice!

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange-red, fast disappering white head. Aroma: Fruity, funky. Taste: Grainy, spring water, fruity notes of plums and hints of sourish berries. Subtle farmyard funk. Moderate sweet and moderate (lactic) acid. Very light bitterness. Dry mouthfeel. Medium body, average carbonation.

0.375 l bottle from 'Biermuda', best before June 2018, cellared for about a year. Slightly hazy, dark amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently fruity and a little funky aroma of plum, lemon, some rhubarb and a touch of horse blanket. Minimally sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity and a bit funky taste of lemon, rhubarb, plum, some blackberry and a touch of horse blanket, followed by a short, medium tart, gently dry and slightly funky finish. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, very lively carbonation. Really nice Berliner Weisse with moderate acidity and very pleasant plum flavours.

Bottle shared at home courtesy of Maakun. Hazy amber with white head. Sweet malts, sour grain, lactose, grapes, apricot, flint, bretty and weird peach yoghurty with elderflower.
