Bottle shared. Hazy light copper. Light sour grains, funk, sweet plums, light rye, lemon, soft red wine, light spices. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Just medium bitter with quite some carbonation. Doesn’t look too great but it’s a very tasty and refreshing Berliner, I quite like this.

Süffiger, moderat säuerlicher Beginn. Angenehme Noten von Pflaume, die feine Säure bleibt konstant. Spritzig, weiter Pflaume, langer Nachhall. Gefällt. 12/11/12/11/12/11

375 ml bottle, bb 28.06.18, shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
reddish-purple body, with a medium, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of sweet plums, fruit yoghurt, wheat, spices,
Tastes of unripe plums, sour yoghurt, cheese, citrus, green apples, some pears.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a low carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, lactic, citric, with apples, plums, pears.

Nice one. The lactose is pretty dominant, leading to a lot of yoghurt and some cheesy notes. Still with a lot of sour-fruity notes. Refreshing, but not outstanding.

Bottle from BeyondBeer. Muddy brown in the glass, sourish nose. The beer starts very smooth and mild, fresh and sourish. Nice mild, body, round and sessionable. The aftertaste is nice smooth sourish with fresh sourish plums. Round and smooth, not too sourish, refreshing and very dry. Very nice fruity refreshing brew.

750ml bottle. Murky, beige golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Bretty, funky, minimally fruity aroma, bretty bubblegum notes, a touch of prune. Taste is dry, tart-ish, minimally bretty, mild funk, a cautious touch of prune, a lactic sauerkraut touch. Very nice, mild funkiness from the house yeast strain, could bear more prune flavours to emphasise a specific character.
