Pours clear, very pale, white wine like. Scent is intense, natural honey. milder florality than expected (milder than lagrimas de oro for instance) Taste is full, intense honey, sweeter side. Funky, natural honey flavors burst out, but never really rediculously floral. Pretty enjoyable though !

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a nice floral and sweet honey combination with a hint of light sweet apple. Flavor is full of a nice floral honey with a slightly fruit and just a hint of dryness.

Bottle @Mikkeller Warsaw farewell. Adios. Pale urine-like color :) with no foam. Nose: pine honey all the way, resinous aroma, quite peculiar. Mouth: this mead is lovely, not extra sweet, pretty astringent, you won’t believe even dry. Great.

Glass at Røør. Nose is nice golden honey, some hops, some citrus. Palate is sweet breakfast honey, slightly sparkling, hoppy finish. Nice traditional mead.

Well made clean traditional. Pollen, vanilla, minerals & light citrus. Nicely balanced with a soft sweetness. Perfect with food but slightly too anonymous on its own.
