Na de val’ is a blend of those same Belgian apples with Normandy cider apples, in a 50/50 ratio, barrel-aged in Bordeaux barrels. It’s a bit higher in alcohol than hoogmoed (7.2%) and a bit more tannic, because of the bitter cider apples. Both ciders from Antidoot (including Hoogmoed) are fermented with our wild/native yeast culture, bone dry, unfiltered and lightly refermented in the bottle.

From Magnum bottle at Antidoot in Kortenaken. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells stone fruits, apples, tannins, grassy. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes apples, tannins, stone fruits, peppery. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of peppery, apples and tannins.

Bottle thanks to Mathias. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head. The aroma is apple skin, oak, barnyard. Slick body, tart apple, funky, wood, light dry finish, very nice.

Yummy funky apples, dry rustic sweet tarmac apple funk, super depth super nice. Champagne finish vibes.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is funky apples, green apples. Taste is green apples, minerals, mild chalk. Mineraly mouthfeel, mildly sparkly carbonation.
