This brew was never meant to be, the recipe was never written and the ABV and IBU was never calculated. But this naughty boy wouldn’t listen, so from the second running’s of the LOC Brewery Imperial Stout ‘84’ he became... If he is any
good, well we dare not to say as this naughty boy is not to be trusted. Slightly toasted, malty flavor with a hint of savory together with the characteristics from the Cascade and Centennial hops.. Well just drink with mates!

Black with lasting head. Aroma has roasted malts, coffee and a touch of aniseed. Nice bitter flavour not only from the roasted malts but also plenty of hop bitterness in the finish.

Bottle from Drank van de Meisjes, BB 11 2017, large sample. Dark brown color, big rocky head. Aroma of roasted malts, slight spicy, hint of lactose, earthy. Bit dry in taste, slight lactic sourness, roasty bitterness, bit harsh from lautering a bit too much. Dry in the finish, some dark chocolate and dark bread. Ok.

Clear dark brown beer, huge creamy dense beige head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweet, lots of dried fruits, bit smoky, malty, floral touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, pretty roasted., bitter. Aftertaste: little floral, bitter hops, roasted, some cocoa powder. Pretty decent beer, love the low abv!

Bottle @ train. Opaque black color, huge foamy beige head that lasts for a long time and leaves decent lacing. Aroma is malts, firm roast, malt and hop bitter. Tastes about the same: malts, firm roast, roasted malt bitter. Very bitter overall. Decent body, medium carbonation. I like it but it’s really bitter so you gotta like that in order to enjoy this beer.
