Neutral, which is nice, but not super well made for the style. It’s okay, but a little zesty not in a fruity good way. Troost oud west Amsterdam

0.33 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', best before May 2020. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately fruity aroma of lemon peel, rhubarb and lime. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, a bit grainy, gently fruity taste of wheat, lemon peel and a touch of rhubarb, followed by a short, slightly tart, a bit minerally-salty finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant beer, too grainy maybe.

Clear pale golden colour, small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing. Fruity aroma, sweet malt, lemon, bubble gum. Taste light sweet and sour, lacto, Rivella, salty, lemon. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, sweet-and sour aftertaste, light bitter touch, slaty on the tongue, nice thirst quencer.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 28 Aug 2019) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with bread, citrus, yellow plums and a touch of salt. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, bread, peaches, plums and some salt. Hardly any bitterness. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty with a light tartness and some salt coming through. Quite enjoyable.

On tap at Troost - Oud West, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out light lacto, citrus and salt in good collaboration. Flavour is quite salty upfront, with gentle citrus and lacto. The salt is really quite prominent, drowning out whatever other elements might be discernible otherwise. Pleasant.

Tap. Blonde. Apricot and berries in the aroma. Just a hint of sourness. Sweet, traubenzucker, apricot. Soft floral notes.

Fles gekregen van Roelzie1986. Het is een licht troebel geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat bloemige geur. De smaak bloemig, licht zuur met wat zout in de afdronk.

Tap at Oproer. Near clear pale straw with white head. Light sour cucumber water with sickly cooked pasteurized milk-film. Light sweet and sour, moderate bitter, touch of salt. Medium body and soft carbonation. Associations of algae, snot, seaweed, plant juice come to mind. Bit icky snotty mouthfeel. --- Beer merged from original tick of Lefgoser on 19 May 2019 at 20:05 - Score: 6

Tap at Oproer. Almost clear pale straw with white head. Soft wheat and malts, honey, flowery herbs, lemongrass, soft lemon juice. Taste is over light sour and salty with soft sweetness. Light bodied, weird very puckering finish. This beer does weird things to my mouth.
