This flagship cider is delicately crafted using a blend of culinary apples from the Willamette Valley and certified organic rosebuds from our neighbors, Mountain Rose Herbs. Our apples are harvested and pressed in season, then allowed to naturally ferment and settle for at least three months before undergoing a long cold-conditioning on dried rose buds.

Single can from Press online. 6.9% edition. Canned 10/23/20. Stemless wine glass @home. Pale, straw, foggy but not hazy. Sidra funk forward nose with a minty/herbal maybe melon middle before getting peppery. Taste is twangy apples, lemon, earth, dirty marigold, more wild than obvious floral, melon & light rubber, Sidra/cider vinegar finish. Crispy, acidic, medium high tart, dusty. Okay. Possibly better fresh.

Clear golden. The aroma and flavor are both full of rose notes along with other floral aspects, too. Apple is mostly hidden by the rose. Still, an interesting cider and worth a try.
