Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with no real head. Light funk, sweet and crisp apple, soft farmyard boogie funk, leathery, bark. Medium sweet and light bitter. Solid medium body and medium dry. Quite leathery. Nice body. Good cider.

Sampled at the source. 2nd taster. Golden orangey juice with bubbles. Sweet and dense farmhouse applejuice, notes of sweet apples, marijuana (!), grass, roadside flowers, cow parsley, moss, warm hay, sheep’s grease, goats and horseblanket. Sweet and rich, with a lovely dry finish, superb! Over medium body and soft fizzy carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Manoir de Grandouet Cidre Pays D'Auge Cuvée Réserve on 16 Aug 2019 at 19:28 - Score: 8

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a misty golden orange, aroma is lightly funky, lightly sour. Taste is crisp with find bubbles, fruit seems a little thin but refined, with a delicate sweetness, some bitter skins. Light & refreshing.
