Paljas blond is a traditional high fermented unfiltered beer with refermentation on the bottle. The beer is produced with natural ingredients and the four different hops give it a taste full of character and a distinct fresh aroma.

Bottle. Golden amber with a large white head that subsides to an inch or so. Aroma is doughy with earthy, spicy and some fruity notes. Quite sweet with a bit of a boiled lolly feel to it. Bitterness struggles to get through to the slightly spicy end. OK.

Voici une belle bière typiquement belge, qui sait tirer parti à merveille de ses 6% avec, à la fois, une bonne densité et une bonne complexité aromatique. C'est donc une très bonne surprise pour une bière que je n'attendais pas à ce niveau. Le visuel est sur un blond doré trouble avec une mousse de 1 mm. Le nez est agréable sur une alliance miel, pain et un alcool donnant le petit plus de caractère. L'attaque présente alors un excellent équilibre malt/houblon/alcool (avec une très légère acidité) mais également une bonne complexité sur des arômes de pain, citron et miel avec un léger poivre. La texture, d'une bonne épaisseur est de surcroît appréciable. La deuxième bouche permet à l'alcool, à 6 % de bien s'affirmer et impressionne en soutenant parfaitement l'ensemble et en conférant un bon tempérament. L'intensité et la corpulence sont de surcroît bonnes. L’arrière-bouche donne un peu plus de caractère, toujours sur cet alcool bien dosé. Le final, un peu plus sur la fraîcheur est peut-être plus simple, mais d'une très bonne longueur.

dobre, dobrze chmielne, moze za malo tresciwe jak na Belgie, ale fajnie z ta piana jest, zlota barwa, chmielnosc obfita jak na belgie to zaskakuje milo, w te upaly cieszy fakt z bogatej chmielnosci w piwach belgijskich jakie ostatnio spotykam.

Bottle from Mattias from Belgium. This beer is interesting. On the one hand it is a striaght forward light Belgian blonde, as in it is quite sweet and has that mature smell and taste but then again it is brining back memories of English golden ales, I think it must be those Kentish hops. At the end you get the taste of the pilsner hops like Saaz. An interesting hop journey in here. If only you could get it in 6 packs here for a party, it could definitely go the distance. Quite a bit of sediment. Lovely gold. Easy drinking. It certainly doesn't wow but it doesn't have to. (21/2/21) --- Bottle from Belgium probably. Lemon and marshmallow flavour. Pretty average this time round. 3.7 to 3.3.

Bottle. Golden color, almost clear. Aroma: fruit esters, apple and pear, light sourness, malt, a little floral hops. Taste: apple and pear, a little citrus and sourness, light bitterness, soft, not bad.
