Bottle from the brewery. Nose is smoke, bread, spice, cherry, heat, grapes. Flavor os honey, light coffee and smoke, fruit, chocolate, and a booze burn. Deliciously complex maltiness here, all kinds of flavors. Even after a year plus of aging, I feel it could go further. Great.

Bottle shared. Fairly hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of herbs, malt, caramel and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is heavy sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.
