Cerveza de estilo Vienna Lager elaborada con agua de nube atlántica. El agua es recogida en Fontanales (Gran Canaria) mediante el fenómeno atmosférico conocido como "Lluvia Lateral" donde unas celdas recogen el agua que se condensa en ellas. La mineralización de esta agua nos permite extraer lo mejor de la cebada y el lúpulo creando una de las mejores cervezas que existen tanto para maridar como para combatir el calor. Kwiatowe, delikatnie ziołowe z delikatnym finiszem ziołowym. Barwa głębokiego złota, przejrzyste, piana redukuje się do krążka, lacingu brak. Goryczka niska, ziołowa, przyjemna. Bardzo lekkie, mineralne, mega chlalne, jak na lokalne warunki to sztos wśród lagerów.

33 cl bottle at XXXIV Salón Gourmets. A slightly hazy golden pour with very little white head. Aroma is iron filings, lemon, grass. Light, crisp and not very bitter.

330mml. bottle. @Holiday World, Maspalomas (Spain). 10/01/2020. [#3.189 Global - #484 Spain - #1 Jaira (My spanish brewery #158)] Cloudy golden to amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is yeast, wheat and soft fruity. Taste is medium spiced anda caramellized malts. Medium bodied and poor carbonation. Meeeh. Next one please!

Bottle. A greyish dark golden colored beer with a small white head. The aroma has a weird fruitiness, overripe and sour tropical fruits, with a touch of caramel in the back. It's medium bodied, a bit flat, and the flavor has the same strange fruitiness found in the aroma. Caramel, bread and some hay. Medium length finish. Not worth finishing. 200109

33cl Bottle from SPAR Maspalomas. Murky amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, wheat, nutmeg, light infection. Flavour is medium sweet, wheat, spicy, nutmeg, like a poor Weizen more than a Vienna Lager. Light bodied. Not their best offering.

bottle at the beer harbour, puerto rico, gran canaria. hazy yellow, small white head. mild aroma, a little bit belgian style malts and fruity sweetness. flaovr is heavy on hay some malts, not any fruits and not much sweetness, hops? not really, so a grassy malty thing
