Bottle. Bottled february 2017. Color: Bit hazy red, almost no head. Taste: Very nice balance between sour and sweet ripe cherry notes. After short time a more sour taste and mouthfeel. Full body, below medium carbonation. You can almost taste the effort, care and craft of the brewer on making this wonderful beer. And it should even get better in time, but I just couldn't resist to try it now... I think you either love or hate the old 'kriek', but I definitely belong to the first group and do appreciate this beertype once in a while. And this beer is a really good one.

Bottle shared at DCLawyerโs sour tasting. 2015 vintage. Clear dark purplish red. Aromas of cherries, toasted hay, funk. Tastes of cherries, funk, hay. Light body with a dry finish.

Vintage 2007. ten years old lambick, 7 years in my beer cellar. 375ml half champagne bottle. Bez piany jak wino czerwone wytrawne bardzo ciemna bordowo-buraczana barwa. Kwasne octowe, ocet balsamiczny, nieco sliwki wegierki. Zdecydowanie wytrawne i bogato wisniowe piwo. Zapach bardzo szalonych drozdzy i fermentujacego cieplego wisniowego kompotu. Klasyk niemal idealny, po latach super wrazenia, takie ze najdrozsze wytrawne czerowne wina moga sie schowac w cieniu tego kieliszka od Lindemansa.

750ml bottle (thx, Alex G.!) shared with wife. Pours a reddish brown with a rose head. Aroma is cherry and balsamic vinegar. Similar taste. Too much balsamic in this one.

Bottle. A- Cherry, pool water, tart. A- Dark red color, clear liquid, light pink head. T- Sour, tart, funky, cherry. P- Light body, average texture, medium carbonation, tart finish. O- 3 years aged before bottling and 2 years on the shelf. At 5 years this was pretty good. Canโt imagine if I actually held it for 30 years. Still a little to funky for me but good.

Bottle - Medium roasted malts, cherry with a touch of balsamic. Deep jet maroon with a small white head. Acidic, cherry, little soy harshness.

Cherry and lots of grapefruit lambic bretta. Wild vibe like naked motorcycle rides. Opaque ruby pour without any head or lacing. Tangy and slightly acidic finish. Bottle pour at Sovereign.

Rood bier zonder schuim. Smaak is fris zuur en fruitig met echt krieken smaak, niet chemisch. Ondanks dat dit soort bier niet echt aan mij besteed is, ietwat te zuur, vind ik deze best goed.
