“Glaciale” is an Imperial IPA style beer, with the addition of organic honey. It has a dark amber color and a beige fine and persistent foam. The scent is complex with herbaceous and balsamic notes, clear hints of citrus and mandarin wood . The flavour is immediatly soft, with honeyed notes that hide an important bitterness, given by the hops of overseas and the new generation continental hops. It’s an elegant beer with a strong note of bitterness.

33cl Bottle at Roma Beer Company. Slightly hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of orange peel, floral, jasmin, hint of spruce, nice hoppy and malty. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, floral, jasmin, orange, lemon, spruce, some soft caramel, firm bitterness. Medium bodied. Very tasty.

Bottled 330ml. -from Eataly Trieste. Dark golden/amber coloured, medium sized creamy off-white head, fruity hoppy nose. Sweet malty, caramel, fruity, citrusy hoppy, notes of alcohol and oranges with some grassy touch in rather dry bitter finish. Quite good indeed.

Bottle from the Eataly, Genoa, Italy, consumed at home Wednesday 22nd February 2017 (another day drinking a beer on a normally non beery day off) Pours a deep reddy/amber with a sticky white head. Juicy, fruity, some sweet berries a little strawberry. A little hoppy bite, soft in the mouth, furry bitterness, great stuff. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov16 4.0

Tap at Eataly in Rome-Italy. Amber cloudy color, tick ivory foam with retention and huge drafts. Nose: very much sweet orange, fruity too with hints of unfiltered honey. Mouth: quite soft carbonation, resinous and tart bitterness. A bit unbalanced. Also a chicory after taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
