Bottle from Portugal courtesy of Maria. Pours amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of toffee, fruit, honey, hop, malt and brown sugar. Towards heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, average to soft carbonation. Not like most modern IPA's, very sweet, though overall not unpleasant.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 12C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 3S77661441 (BBF 12.2017). AROMA: médium-low malt aroma with notes of caramel, diacetyl and low cardboard. TASTE: initial médium cardboard flavor, followed by caramelized malt. médium-high bitterness with a semi-sweet and bitter finish. PALATE: medium body with slight viscosity. médium-high carbonation. OVERALL: not an IPA with oxidation notes.

Clear golden colour. Aroma and flavour have some toasted malt. Rough bitterness. A bit furry. A poor effort.
